Valent International builds on the work of its founder, Petr Valent, who served as an attorney with a focus on business and financial law in the Czech Republic. Since 2012, he has also been professionally engaged in the USA, to where he eventually moved in 2016. Through this move, an idea arose – to use his acquired experience in trade between these two countries and enhance it by providing legal services and counseling to other Czech and American entrepreneurs who wish to expand their business. Now, Valent International consists of a group of independent attorneys and tax advisors, with the ambition of becoming a major counseling firm concerning transatlantic trade and its taxation in Czech and American market.
